This website is operated by Sri Sri Photo Framing Company. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sri Sri Photo Framing Company (Royal Art). By visiting theroyalart.in and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Online store terms

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our prints. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Custom & personalised orders

Custom and personalised artwork is made specifically for you. For these orders we share a digital proof for approval before printing, and offer revisions as described on the product page. Because they are made to order, custom pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns (defective items are always covered — see our Returns & Refunds policy).

4. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on the site is provided for general information only and is subject to change.

5. Accuracy of billing & account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected.

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, designs and content on this site are the property of Royal Art and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy or resell our content or products without written permission.

7. Prohibited uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the security of the site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sri Sri Photo Framing Company from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
