Royal Art delivers handcrafted canvas wall art across India. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Delivery charges
We offer free doorstep delivery across India — no minimum order value required. Both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options are available at checkout.
Dispatch & delivery time
- Dispatch: orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order placement.
- Delivery: standard delivery takes 5–10 days pan-India, with most orders arriving within 5–7 days.
Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to courier delays, remote locations, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a live tracking link from the courier. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track from the My Account section, or email us at care@theroyalart.in with your order number and we'll track it for you.
Important notes
- Multiple items in a single order ship to one address. To send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
