Returns & Refunds

At Royal Art, every piece is printed and packed with care. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Return & exchange window

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. This applies to domestic (pan-India) orders only. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom, personalised or made-to-order artwork (created specifically for you).
  • Items returned after the 48-hour window or showing signs of use, damage or wear caused after delivery.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us at care@theroyalart.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns

For non-defective returns (change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund to cover logistics and handling.

How to initiate a return or exchange

  1. Email care@theroyalart.in (or message us on WhatsApp at +91 82180 58531) within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the reason, and photos where relevant.
  3. Our team will share the next steps and return address.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer to the account you provide. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect after approval.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the return terms above.
